Goodbye Texas
Who knew that 7 weeks could be so life changing or that I’d be teary eyed to leave. So many good memories….I can hardly wait till next time. It’s a good thing there’s grand-babies and new adventures in the near future or I would have to turn us around! So until next time remember:
There are only two ways to live your life. One as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.

San Antonio TX
Sam and I had a great time on our tour of San Antonio. We walked a beautiful portion of the river-walk did a little shopping, stopped for drinks then spent a few hours at the zoo. Many thanks to Cherie for being our chef for breakfast and our guide in S.A. and to Chris for reorganizing his truck and driving us car-less people one more time.

I’m not a Slacker!!!
Yes, Sam got our site launched on like April 16th but we had sold my laptop several weeks before that, and although technology is fab, I cannot as of yet, think my thoughts into our blog.
Oh darn, you figured out that my laptop and I were on the road together for nearly 4 months before we parted ways. You are correct and I probably could have pestered Sam to get Zen Nomads up and running but… Ok, ok, no excuses I’ll try to make regular entries from this point forward.
Can I also say since our arrival at Hill Shade I’ve been surrounded by people who are mega talented bloggers and photographers so really to know what we’ve been up to for the last month is just a matter of me giving you links to their wonderful posts! Which I’ll do just as soon as I figure out how (read as: Which I’ll do just as soon as I bug Sam into showing me how) For anyone interested in our life before last month I’ll be doing a recap and I’ve been organizing photos to help jog my memory.
So until next time: Here is a test to find out whether your mission in life is complete… If you’re alive, it isn’t. ~Richard Bach~
